According to BlockBeats, on April 12, the decentralized GPU cloud infrastructure Aethir announced that it had airdropped 66,000 NFT licenses worth 29,000 ETH to more than 20,000 node operators (wallets). BlockBeats previously reported that on April 3, the Aethir mainnet will be launched in the second quarter of 2024. After the launch, the node NFT allows holders to set up and run Aethir nodes. To ensure decentralization, even the lowest-end machines can successfully support the daily operation of the Aethir Checker node. Holders can also choose to run nodes through VPS services.
