According to Foresight News, the Coinbase Layer2 network Base announced the opening of the mainnet to builders. In the coming weeks, Base will invite early builders to deploy on the Base mainnet, commemorated with a Genesis Builder NFT. In early August, Base will jointly open Base to all users.
