This round of financing was led by Spartan Group and GFC, with participation from Saison Capital, Alumni Ventures and Tiny VC. According to reports, Wind provides users with a non-custodial wallet that allows them to exchange U.S. dollars into the USDC stablecoin and send it to the Philippines through the Polygon network, and then exchange USDC into Philippine pesos. Since its inception in 2022, Wind’s transaction volume has reached nearly $3 million. In September, it also received funding from the XRP Ledger accelerator program launched by Tenity and Ripple.
