According to Foresight News, on-chain data shows that the Ethereum wallet labeled "Voyager 1" transferred $150 million in USDC stablecoins to Center, a joint venture between Coinbase and Circle. During February, Voyager moved approximately $154.4 million in USDC from Coinbase to the "Voyager 1" Ethereum wallet, and the company is currently attempting to convert those funds into U.S. dollars.
The exchange is part of Voyager's strategy to sell crypto assets. However, the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York Department of Financial Services, and the New York State Attorney General all publicly opposed Binance.US' plan to acquire Voyager, saying that Voyager's sale of cryptocurrencies may violate securities laws.
